Amanda Baldwin is a real estate advisor with Compass, servicing the Tampa Bay / St Petersburg area. After spending 23 years in the military, Amanda learned to be mission oriented and honed her skills in listening, paying attention to detail and doing intense research. This experience transfers well into a real estate business because she instinctively always puts her clients’ needs first, keeps closings organized and remains above board and ethical.
With a master’s degree in the business field, Amanda strives to help her clients navigate through the myriad of Florida real estate laws and practices and how they apply to the property. Whether it is an investment or a dream home, Amanda will assist you every step of the way. Real estate is a “high tech – high touch” business.
Amanda works diligently to stay up to date on real estate and marketing trends to benefit her clients.
